Amends Minnesota Statutes section 126C.10, subdivision 2a to authorize extended time revenue for summer programs at corrections facilities.

Establishes funding formula for pupils in on-site education programs at corrections facilities: membership hours divided by minimum annual instructional hours (not exceeding 0.20), multiplied by pupil unit weighting, multiplied by $5,117.

Permits extended time revenue to be used for extended day programs, extended week programs, summer school, vacation break academies, and other learning year program activities.

Applies specifically to programs at Prairie Lakes Education Center or Lake Park School located in Independent School District No. 347, Willmar, for instruction provided between regular school years.

Effective for revenue in fiscal year 2019.
