Adds a definition of "modular home" to Minnesota law as a building substantially manufactured off-site with final assembly on-site, attached to a permanent foundation, and occupied as a single-family dwelling.

Requires modular home construction to comply with applicable standards in Minnesota Rules, chapter 1361.

Allows modular homes to be placed in manufactured home parks with prior written approval from the park owner.

Classifies modular homes placed in manufactured home parks as manufactured homes subject to chapters 327C, 504B, and sections 327.61 to 327.67.

Requires modular homes placed in manufactured home parks to be taxed as manufactured homes.
