Exempts sewage septic tank trucks used exclusively to transport sewage from septic or holding tanks from certain vehicle weight regulations under Minnesota Statutes sections 169.823 and 169.826-169.828.

Increases weight limitations by 10 percent for single-unit sewage septic tank trucks transporting sewage from point of service to another service point or unloading point.

Eliminates permit requirements for sewage septic tank trucks and makes seasonal weight increases inapplicable to these vehicles.

Requires sewage septic tank trucks to remain subject to bridge load limits posted under Minnesota Statutes section 169.84.

Adds sewage septic tank trucks to the list of waste collection vehicles subject only to civil penalties for excess weight violations rather than criminal penalties.
