Reduces noncommercial pesticide applicator license application fee from $50 to $10 for government employees, rest area custodial contractors, and Conservation Corps Minnesota employees who use pesticides in their official duties.

Maintains the standard $50 nonrefundable application fee for all other noncommercial pesticide applicator license applicants.

License renewal applications received after March 1 remain subject to a 50 percent penalty fee on top of the application fee.

Duplicate noncommercial applicator license applications require a $10 nonrefundable application fee.
