Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 256B.093, subdivision 1, relating to the state traumatic brain injury program.

Postpones the expiration date of the Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Committee from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2023.

The advisory committee must consist of no fewer than 10 members and no more than 30 members, appointed to one- or two-year terms with one member designated as chair.

The advisory committee provides recommendations in reports to the commissioner of human services regarding program and service needs of persons with traumatic brain injuries.
