Eliminates the two consecutive term limit for Physician Assistant Advisory Council members serving on Minnesota's health occupations advisory board.

Removes language that previously restricted council members from serving more than two consecutive terms.

Retains the provision that partial terms exceeding half their duration count as full terms for service calculation purposes.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
