Requires the commissioner to report the percentage of students who correctly answered at least 30 of 50 civics test questions in accordance with section 120B.02, subdivision 3.

Adds civics test performance reporting as a mandatory component of school performance reports that must be developed, annually updated, and posted on the department website.

School performance reports must be made available by the beginning of each school year, with reports posted to the public website no later than September 1 (or October 1 in years with new performance standards).

Effective for the 2018-2019 school year and all subsequent school years.
