Increases general assistance cash grants effective July 1, 2018 to $457 for one person and $914 for two people.

Increases Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) cash assistance portion effective July 1, 2018, ranging from $562 for one eligible person to $3,041 for ten people, with $230 per each additional person.

Requires the Commissioner of Human Services to adjust cash grants for both general assistance and MFIP for inflation beginning in fiscal year 2020 using the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) for the prior calendar year.

Appropriates funds from the TANF block grant fund in fiscal year 2019 to the Commissioner of Human Services to implement the increased cash assistance grants.
