Proposes a constitutional amendment to replace gender-specific pronouns (his, him, he) with gender-neutral terms (the person's, the member's, the accused, etc.) throughout the Minnesota Constitution.

Makes changes across multiple constitutional articles including provisions on voting rights, criminal procedure, legislative duties, executive powers, and judicial procedures.

Includes a severability clause stating that if any change is found to violate the Constitution or be consequential, that change is severed and the remaining changes proceed.

Requires submission of the amendment to voters at the 2018 general election with the question: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to use gender-neutral terms without any consequential changes in its legal effect?"
