Exempts the practice of hair braiding from all cosmetology registration requirements and licensing under Minnesota Statutes chapter 155A.

Eliminates the $20 per year registration fee for hair braiders by removing it from the administrative fees schedule.

Repeals existing hair braiding registration, requirements, and curriculum provisions that previously required 30 hours of instruction covering health, safety, infection control, and state cosmetology laws.

Maintains existing licensing fees and penalty structures for cosmetologists, nail technicians, estheticians, and salons without modification.
