Prohibits any person from entering into agreements with military beneficiaries (current or former enlisted members, officers, spouses, or designated beneficiaries of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or National Guard) that assign or sell military pay or benefits in violation of federal law (37 U.S.C. § 701 and 38 U.S.C. § 5301).

Voids any agreement that assigns or sells all or a portion of military pay or benefits through any agreement, device, scheme, or artifice (including purchase and sale agreements), and military beneficiaries are not required to repay any consideration received under such agreements.

Allows injured military beneficiaries to bring a cause of action to recover damages, reasonable attorney fees and costs, or seek equitable relief for violations of the prohibition.

Adds new section 325F.992 to Minnesota Statutes as a consumer protection law under chapter 325F.
