Appropriates $3,300,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Metropolitan Council for the Apple Valley Red Line 147th Street Station project.

Project includes construction of a skyway connecting northbound and southbound stations on either side of Cedar Avenue, plus construction and renovation of waiting areas and station facilities including staircases, elevators, and lighting.

Commissioner of management and budget must determine sufficient resources are committed to complete the project before the appropriation becomes available, per Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,300,000 to fund the project, governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
