• Declares any agreements between employers and labor organizations that violate these rights to be unlawful, null, and void with no legal effect.

• Establishes misdemeanor penalties for violations with district court jurisdiction, entitles injured persons to injunctive relief and damages including attorney fees, and requires the state attorney general and county prosecutors to investigate and enforce violations.

• Repeals existing Minnesota law allowing fair-share fees for non-member public employees and removes provisions requiring exclusive representatives to receive dues or fair-share fees from joint powers entities.
