Defines "patriotic society" as any youth organization under age 21 listed in United States Code, title 36, subtitle II, part B, or their affiliates.

Requires school principals to allow patriotic society representatives to speak with students during the school day about educational interests and civic involvement upon receiving notice.

Limits school presentations to one school day per year and no more than 30 minutes of instructional time, with representatives permitted to distribute written materials.

Requires patriotic societies to provide written notice to school principals at least 60 days prior to the start of the school year and receive written approval with specified date and time.

Effective for the 2018-2019 school year and later.
