Classifies data collected by the Board of Animal Health related to animal and premises registration as private or nonpublic, including names, addresses, premises locations, and identification numbers.

Extends private or nonpublic classification to all data collected under Minnesota Statutes sections 347.57 to 347.64 and 347.31 to 347.40, with limited exceptions.

Authorizes the Board of Animal Health to disclose classified data to any person, agency, or the public if the board determines disclosure will aid law enforcement or protect public or animal health and safety.
