Allows persons with a Minnesota state contractor's license under section 326B.805 to perform radon mitigation work in new and preexisting homes without obtaining a separate Minnesota radon license.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 144.4961 by adding subdivision 6a to establish this exemption for state contractor licensees.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 326B.805 by adding subdivision 4a to permit licensees under that section to perform radon mitigation work without a radon license.
