Defines "place of public accommodation" as any publicly or privately owned facility designed for 200+ occupants, serving alcohol, and excluding lodging houses, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, schools, places of worship, and congressionally chartered veterans organizations.

Requires the state fire marshal to inspect every place of public accommodation once every three years and charge owners a triennial inspection fee of $0.014 per square foot per building.

Triennial inspection fee includes two follow-up inspections or on-site consultations, with additional follow-up inspections charged at $0.005 per square foot per building.

Creates a dedicated account in the special revenue fund for fees collected by the State Fire Marshal Division, with all money annually appropriated to the commissioner of public safety to operate the inspection program.

Requires places of public accommodation to be operated and maintained in compliance with the State Fire Code.
