Restricts application of Minnesota Rules, part 7090.1010, subpart 1, item B, subitem (1) to only portions of cities or townships designated as urbanized under federal regulations (Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 122.26(a)(9)(i)(A))

Exempts non-platted areas and areas outside federally-designated urbanized zones from the storm water rules until the Pollution Control Agency amends the rules

Applies to both cities and townships within Minnesota jurisdiction

Restriction remains in effect until the Pollution Control Agency updates storm water rules
