Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 477A.11, subdivision 7, to modify the definition of "transportation wetland" for local government aid purposes.

Expands the definition to include land administered by a political subdivision to which the Department of Transportation transferred fee title, in addition to land directly administered by the department.

Maintains the requirement that the state acquired over 500 acres of land within a county by purchase from a private owner to replace wetland losses from transportation projects.
