$1,000,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Two Harbors for improvements and renovation of the main wastewater treatment lift station.

Funded improvements include building repairs, HVAC and electrical system replacement, site grading, new pumps, pump drivers, valves, SCADA instrumentation, process controls, piping, and an influent grinder.

Appropriation becomes available only after the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
