• Ratifies seven additional labor agreements with state employee unions including AFSCME Unit 8 (Corrections Officers), Unit 225 (Radio Communications Operators), Middle Management Association, State Residential Schools Education Association, Minnesota Government Engineering Council, and Inter Faculty Organization, submitted between January 10 and March 5, 2018

• Ratifies four compensation plans: Commissioner's Plan for unrepresented employees, Managerial Plan, Office of Higher Education Unclassified Personnel Compensation Plan, and MNsure Compensation Plan, all submitted February 19, 2018

• Effective date is the day following final enactment
