• Establishes safe schools revenue for charter schools at $36 times adjusted pupil units, matching the safe schools levy authority available to school districts.

• Removes "local optional revenue" from the formula used to calculate certain deductions in charter school general education revenue calculations.

• All amendments are effective for revenue beginning fiscal year 2019 and later.
