Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.19, subdivision 1, to modify pharmacy licensing requirements in the state.

Requires pharmacies operating outside Minnesota that dispense medications to state residents to obtain separate licenses and pass inspections conducted by the board or provide inspection reports from their home state within 24 months.

Out-of-state pharmacies must disclose corporate officers and pharmacists involved in dispensing to Minnesota residents, maintain retrievable records, and agree to cooperate with the board.

Out-of-state pharmacies must provide toll-free telephone service at least 6 days per week for 40+ hours weekly, with the number disclosed on drug labels, and must offer unit-dose packaging for long-term care facility residents upon request.

Pharmacies using websites to dispense legend drugs or assist in obtaining prescriptions must be verified by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
