Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 477A.013, subdivision 13, to modify certified aid adjustments for cities.

Cities that received an aid base increase under paragraph (e) shall have total aid increased by $150,000 for aids payable in 2014 through 2018.

Cities that received an aid base increase under paragraph (r) shall have total aid increased by $160,000 for aids payable in 2014 and thereafter.

Cities that received a permanent aid increase under paragraph (o)(p) shall have total aid increased by $200,000 for aids payable in 2019 and thereafter (changing from $1,000,000 for 2014 only).

Effective for aids payable in calendar year 2019 and thereafter.
