Establishes the Women's Suffrage 100th Anniversary Commemoration Commission to promote statewide commemoration of the 19th Amendment and celebrate Minnesota's role in the women's suffrage movement during 2019-2020.

Commission responsibilities include coordinating the state's 100th anniversary commemoration, executing a 2020 small grants initiative, and planning organized events around women's suffrage.

Commission consists of 17 members including state officials (secretary of state, commissioner of education, commissioner of economic development), representatives from historical and cultural organizations, and five members appointed by legislative leaders.

Minnesota Humanities Center provides office space, meeting facilities, and administrative support to the commission, which expires December 31, 2020.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2019 to the commission for commemoration purposes.
