Appropriates $20,446.08 to Sammy Gerald Jackson, $82,500 to Hollis John Larson, and $131,636.30 to Ronnie Earl Patterson in fiscal year 2019 for exoneration awards under the Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedies Act.

Appropriates $12,305.67 in fiscal year 2019 to the Department of Revenue for full payment of Randy Dooley's claim for taxes paid to Minnesota on South Dakota transactions.

Appropriates $4,195.26 in fiscal year 2019 to the Department of Corrections for sentence-to-service and community work service claims under $7,000 and other previously paid claims.

Appropriates $10,209 in fiscal year 2019 to the Department of Corrections for payment to Joseph Rosales for permanent injuries to his right index, middle, and ring fingers sustained while performing duties at Minnesota Correctional Facility - Stillwater.

All appropriations are available until June 30, 2019, and are drawn from the general fund.
