• Updates the facility licensing date requirement from March 1, 2011 to June 30, 2016 for adult foster care homes seeking approval for five-bed capacity under specified conditions.

• Modifies exception availability for transitioning people from unlicensed settings from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2021, contingent on case manager providing service choice information and cost equivalency to unlicensed settings.
