Adds pregnant and parenting teens to the list of pupils without disabilities who are eligible for school district transportation services under Minnesota Statutes section 125A.51.

Defines eligible pregnant and parenting teens as those attending educational programs that provide academic instruction, parenting instruction, and high-quality on-site child care during the educational day.

Authorizes the district of residence to provide transportation to and from qualifying educational programs for pregnant and parenting teens.

Applies effective for fiscal year 2019 and later.
