Condemns white nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations, including those self-identifying as the "Alt-Right," as threats to social and racial progress.

States that criminal elements of white nationalist and neo-Nazi groups meet the federal definition of terrorism through unlawful use of force and violence to intimidate or coerce government, civilian populations, or segments thereof for political or social objectives.

Urges the President, Congress of the United States, and law enforcement to recognize criminal elements of white nationalist and neo-Nazi groups as domestic terrorist organizations and pursue them with the same manner and fervor used against other forms of terrorism.

Directs the Minnesota Secretary of State to transmit copies of this resolution to the President, Congress leadership, Senate and House Judiciary Committee chairs, and Minnesota's federal legislators.
