Amends Minnesota Statutes section 349.181, subdivision 3, regarding lawful gambling participation by lessor employees and volunteers

Allows lessor employees involved in conducting electronic linked bingo or electronic pull-tab games to participate as players when not working at the site and with restricted access to game systems as determined by the gambling board

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting employees or volunteers from participating as players in electronic linked bingo, pull-tab, tipboard, or paddlewheel games at the same premises on the same business day they conduct those games

Defines "conduct of pull-tabs, tipboards, and paddlewheels" to include selling tickets, redeeming tickets, auditing games, making deposits, spinning paddlewheels, and conducting inventory

Defines "conduct of bingo" to include selling bingo cards and paper sheets, completing occasion records, selecting or announcing numbers, making deposits, and conducting inventory
