• Appropriates $139,700,000 from bond proceeds in the trunk highway fund to Anoka County for improvements to U.S. Highway 10 and supporting frontage roads from Hanson Boulevard in Coon Rapids to Armstrong Boulevard in Ramsey.

• Allocates $38,900,000 for Fairoak Avenue Underpass, Thurston Boulevard Interchange, and West Main Street Interchange improvements in Anoka.
