Allows public school core curriculum programs delivered through supplemental online programs to be provided to shared-time pupils at public school buildings, neutral sites, nonpublic schools, or any other suitable location.

Maintains existing requirement that traditional (non-online) core curriculum programs for shared-time pupils must be provided only at public school buildings.

Permits guidance, counseling, diagnostic, and health services to continue being provided at nonpublic school buildings as previously allowed.

Enables school districts to determine on a student-by-student basis where to provide special instruction and services to children with disabilities attending nonpublic schools, consistent with federal law.

Effective for courses offered on or after July 1, 2018.
