Adds prescription drug co-payments exemption for persons enrolled in the AIDS drug assistance program to Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 256B.0631, subdivision 2.

Creates a new exception (14) to existing co-payment and deductible requirements for medical assistance program enrollees.

Persons enrolled in the AIDS drug assistance program will not be required to pay prescription drug co-payments under Minnesota's medical assistance program.

Amends the list of covered populations and services already exempt from co-payments and deductibles, which includes children under 21, pregnant women, hospice recipients, and preventive services.
