Health plan companies must make available to health care providers either the fee schedule or a method/process that allows providers to determine the fee schedule for each health care service under the contract.

Dental plan organizations must disclose the fee schedule by procedure code for each procedure to be performed under the contract so providers can determine expected reimbursement.

Dental plan organizations are not required to disclose their aggregate maximum allowable fee table used to determine other providers' fees.

Contracted providers receiving dental plan fee schedules must not release this information in any way that violates state or federal antitrust law.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 62Q.735, subdivision 1, regarding contract disclosure requirements between health plan companies and providers.
