Adjusts early childhood and family support funding including mixed delivery prekindergarten programs, early childhood family education aid, developmental screening, and home visiting aid

Updates various other education finance programs including facilities maintenance, school nutrition aid, community education, and adult basic education with revised appropriation amounts for fiscal years 2018 and 2019
