Amends Minnesota Statutes section 125A.51 to authorize school districts of residence to provide transportation for pregnant and parenting teens attending educational programs.

Establishes that eligible pregnant or parenting teens must attend programs providing academic instruction, parenting instruction, and high-quality on-site child care during the educational day.

Specifies the district of residence may provide transportation to and from the educational program site for qualifying pregnant and parenting teens.

Applies to pupils without disabilities who are temporarily placed for care and treatment related to pregnancy or parenting status.

Effective for fiscal year 2019 and later.
