Amends Minnesota Statutes section 290C.02, subdivision 6, to clarify the definition of "forest land" eligible for the sustainable forest incentive program.

Requires forest land to contain a minimum of 20 contiguous acres with a forest management plan prepared or updated within the past ten years by an approved plan writer.

Clarifies that acres separated by roads, waterways, railroad tracks, or similar intervening property are considered contiguous for program purposes.

Excludes land improved with structures, pavement (except paved trails under easement to the state or political subdivision), sewers, campsites, or non-township roads not prescribed in the forest management plan.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
