Appropriates $640,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Olmsted County for sedimentation removal in Lake Zumbro.

Sedimentation removal project includes final engineering, dredging, and dredged soil disposal following the removal of the Lake Shady Dam on the middle fork of the Zumbro River.

Appropriation is available only after the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project as required under Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $640,000 to provide funding for the appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
