Amends Minnesota Statutes section 136A.87 to require the Office of Higher Education to include postsecondary education options for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in planning information provided to 7th grade students and their parents by September 30 annually.

Expands the list of information topics that may be included in postsecondary planning materials to specifically address educational options for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Appropriates $100,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2019 to the Office of Higher Education for a grant to Minnesota Life College for tuition reduction and institutional support.

This appropriation is designated as a one-time funding allocation.
