Amends Minnesota Statutes section 176.011, subdivision 18, regarding weekly wage calculations for workers' compensation purposes.

Creates a special calculation method for agricultural workers who work fewer than 30 calendar days per year and have concurrent employment or work for multiple employers.

Agricultural workers meeting the criteria shall have weekly wages calculated as either five times their daily agricultural wage or based on their other concurrent employment, whichever amount is higher.

Ensures agricultural workers are not disadvantaged in workers' compensation calculations when they have limited agricultural employment combined with other employment.
