• Exempts deeds fulfilling contracts for deed from certificate of value requirements when the deed references a recorded contract for deed by document number or book and page.

• Permits electronic documents to satisfy recording requirements for signatures, attestations, acknowledgments, and verifications under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

• Reduces appeal deadlines for registered land cases from 90 days to 60 days after entry or filing of orders relating to registered land under chapters 508 and 508A.

• Removes requirement to list estimated market value of fee simple interest and improvements from applications for land registration under sections 508.06 and 508A.06.

• Makes conforming technical corrections to boundary determination procedures, reissuance of certificates, and transfer of lot descriptions in registered land statutes.
