Establishes a grant program to support school districts in paying agricultural education teachers for summer work with high school students in extended programs.

Requires the Commissioner of Education to develop application forms, methods, and criteria for allocating grants to school districts.

Grant funding must be matched by the school district and is limited to one-half the cost of 40 working days per teacher.

School districts receiving grant funds must report annually to the Commissioner of Education by December 31 on the number of teachers funded and program outcomes compared to established goals.

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal years 2018 and 2019, with unused first-year funds carrying over to the second year.
