Nonprofit grant recipients must operate both programs statewide with triage methods and provide immediate access to suicide prevention and crisis counseling via telephone or text messaging.

Nonprofit recipients must connect individuals with trained crisis counselors and local resources including referrals to community mental health options, emergency departments, and mobile crisis teams when appropriate.

Nonprofit recipients must maximize service availability across the state in coordination with other suicide prevention programs and provide community education on program availability and access.
