Appropriates $12,000,000 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to the city of West St. Paul for South Robert Street reconstruction.

Funds may be used to reimburse the city for project costs already paid and do not require a nonstate contribution match.

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Effective the day following final enactment.
