• Appropriates $102.6 million (FY 2018) and $1.96 million (FY 2019) from the Outdoor Heritage Fund for land acquisition, restoration, and habitat projects across Minnesota.

• Appropriates $100.5 million (FY 2018) and $111.4 million (FY 2019) from the Clean Water Fund for water quality monitoring, watershed restoration, groundwater protection, and related infrastructure projects.

• Appropriates $42.0 million (FY 2018) and $47.8 million (FY 2019) from the Parks and Trails Fund for state parks, recreation areas, trails, and regional parks maintenance and improvements.

• Appropriates $57.3 million (FY 2018) and $66.0 million (FY 2019) from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund for arts programs, historical preservation, museums, and cultural education initiatives.

• Establishes 5% reserve requirements for each legacy fund to prevent appropriation of the full annual tax receipts, and requires indirect cost reporting by October 1, 2017.
