Appropriates $1,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $1,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the state government special revenue fund to the Board of Medical Practice for licensing activities under Minnesota Statutes section 147.0375.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 147.0375, subdivision 7, which previously set an expiration date of July 1, 2018 for the medical faculty license.

Makes the medical faculty license permanent by removing the sunset provision that would have ended the licensing authority.

Effective the day following final enactment.
