Commissioner of Education must create a poster notifying children how to report child abuse or neglect, developed in consultation with local, state, and federal agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Poster must include emergency 911 contact information, the county's child protection services phone number, be at least 8.5 by 11 inches, and be produced in at least five languages other than English spoken in the state.

Commissioner shall make all poster versions available to the public on the department's website.

School districts, charter schools, and nonpublic schools must post the commissioner-created poster or an alternative district-created poster meeting the same requirements in areas where students frequently gather.

Schools must post poster versions in languages spoken by a significant portion of their student body.
