Changes the representative from the Cuyuna Range Mineland Recreation Area Joint Powers Board to a representative from Cuyuna Range Economic Development, Inc.

Modifies membership clause 2 to specify that the Croft Mine Historical Park representative is appointed by members of the advisory council appointed under clauses (1) and (4) to (13).

Changes clause 3 from a designee of the Cuyuna Range Mineland Reclamation Committee with mining experience to a member at large appointed by the advisory council members.

Replaces "an elected state official" with specific designation of the state senator representing the state recreation area.

Adds a representative of the Grand Rapids regional office of the Department of Natural Resources as a new member position.
