Authorizes $30,000 in fiscal year 2019 for the Children's Discovery Museum of Grand Rapids

Amends Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 5, article 2, section 57, subdivision 12 to allocate funding for museums and education centers

Total grants to museums and education centers: $460,000 in 2018 and $490,000 in 2019, distributed among five organizations including the Minnesota Children's Museum, Duluth Children's Museum, Minnesota Academy of Science, and Headwaters Science Center

Any unspent balance from fiscal year 2018 carries forward to fiscal year 2019 rather than canceling

Effective date is July 1, 2018
