Applies exemption to family child care, group family child care, and child care centers serving children with developmental disabilities or related conditions

Requires family and group family child care programs to comply with individualized education programs (IEPs) developed under section 125A.08 when one exists for a child

Requires child care centers to comply with individual child care program plans under Minnesota Rules, part 9503.0065, subpart 3 when one exists for a child

Prohibits staff at exempt child care programs from using procedures identified in section 245D.06, subdivision 5 when serving children with developmental disabilities or related conditions
